Thanks a lot for all your help, I'm really impressed with the service you offer.  The first deed poll website I tried to use turned out to be a scam website who just take your money.  When you place your order online they call you immediately to check your order details so that you have the feeling all is in hand and then you never hear anything ever again.  Very disappointing.  I'm not sure how I managed to miss your website.

We would like to say thank you for your wonderful and speedy service.  We changed my daughter's surname online this year, and you quickly sent the printed form for her, and a witness, to sign.  The deed poll documents arrived, all sturdy originals with official seal, identical to each other (we ordered a number of them) and they have been used without problem on several occasions already.  I would like to recommend that people order multiple copies, I have copies and my daughter has one in college halls of residence, though she has already lost one and without the multiple copies I'd have had lots of problems and wasted time in obtaining another one for her.  We used the archive offer, and although it costs extra I have the peace of mind that there is always an available copy in the future.  One thing I particularly liked, since my daughter and I have such busy lives, is the fact that the whole process was done without having to visit a solicitor - no appointments!  The whole process was simple, easy and I'd most definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to change their name. While I am generally prepared to give praise where it's due, I very rarely go the extent of sitting down and writing letters or emails to express my pleasure with the various services I receive.  However, on this occasion, I felt it only right to write to express my sincere thanks for the work you undertook to prepare my deed poll document.

A Deed Poll is a big step for anyone to take and I have to commend the ease with which you enabled me to do so.  You were the first service I looked at and the ease with which I was able to use your website led me to start the process without looking any further.  Having submitted my application, I then found I could have done so for less elsewhere.  I almost cancelled but, having started, I figured I would leave you to get on with it.  As the documents came through and the legal copies were prepared, I realised that the other services I had seen elsewhere would eventually have caused problems and that the professional documents you prepared for me have been accepted without question.

I always think that this sort of feedback sounds really cheesy and contrived, but I have to say that your work really is worth the cost.  I agree, it is not the cheapest of services but it is far from excessive and considerably cheaper that going to a solicitor.  While it is unlikely that many people I know will change their name, I will, should the need arise, be more than prepared to recommend your organisation to anyone who chooses to do the same as I have.  Once again, please accept my sincere thanks for the services you have provided.
