to apply
Apply by post
If you are not happy
giving your personal and payment details online and
prefer the added security of applying for your Deed Poll by post, please
complete the form below and we will send you a postal application pack,
including details of our fees, by
1st class mail. Please note, the fees for postal and online applications are
the same.
Alternatively, you can
order your postal application pack by calling our Helpline on 0800 448 8484 (free of charge from landlines) between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
If calling from a mobile, it will be cheaper to call 0333 444
8484 (calls are charged at
standard rates and will be included in your inclusive call minutes or
discount scheme).
